HOW I PREPARE FOR SESSIONS AND SACRED WORK.

Did you know I spend about an hour getting ready for our one on one sessions?
And I start tuning into your frequency the moment you book a session.
Even if our session is not for another few days, I am already starting to connect to your energy.

So, even though our session is only one hour, I also spend about an hour before hand prepping, clearing energy, setting the container, tuning in, tapping in, and starting to communicate with your guides your ancestors, or your passed loved ones- whoever chooses to come through for this powerful session together.

I pull cards, I ask to be shown what correspondence you can work with in support of your healing or your goals.
I call in your higher self from a space of connecting in with my higher self, and I ask to be shown everything you need to know right now that is for your highest good.

I pour white light into our session container, and infuse and encode the frequency of self-empowerment, healing, manifestation, and inspiration into every session.

A behind the scenes list of my general protocol for preparing for a session:

• Once you book your session, I already begin to create a container, and I am already asking to connect into your energy so I can really tune into your soul's needs. 
• The day of your session I get ready about an hour before hand- This means fresh makeup, hair done, dressed, jewelry. 
• And this is not because I need to put on an appearance, or because I think I "should" look more presentable.
  No, I like to do all the things that make me feel good to support showing up as my best self. I like to look good for you, even if just on camera! -And please come exactly as you are comfortable- in your jammies, crazy hair, no makeup, does not matter!
  What is most important to me, is that you feel 100% comfortable on our session!
  What makes me comfortable can be completely different than what makes you comfortable, and I love that we both show up as ourselves. 
• After I get ready, I go to my magical "toolbox" and intuitively choose what tools to bring into my sacred space for sessions. (My healing room/office). 

• Sometimes it is a deck of cards (or four or five!), sometimes I feel called to bring in a specific crystal, put on a specific oil, or grab a specific smudging tool or incense. Sometimes there are no tools that call to me, because you’ve got some no-nonsense guides coming through that are ready to get straight to business!
  It is different for every session, and I choose these intuitively. 

• I make a cup of coffee, tea, or lemon water- again whatever I feel called to in the moment. With my fresh cup of magic potion, and tools in hand, I head on into my healing room. 

• I smudge myself, my room, my tools, (even my laptop and phone) with Palo Santo. It is a very sacred experience for me to burn Palo Santo, and it really takes me away and helps me tap in. Other times I may feel called to light sage also, but Palo Santo is one constant in all my prep work. 

• I will lather on whatever oil I felt drawn to use, put on whatever music I feel called to- sometimes it’s a healing frequency or miracle tone, sometimes it is a flute ensemble, sometimes it’s classical music. Sometimes I feel called to my singing bowl, and other times I feel drawn to the silence.  

• I take out my Spirit Book- this is a book I use specifically for mediumship and connecting in with spirit. Taking out this book and putting it on my desk is my signal to spirit that I am ready to communicate.  

• I call in your highest self, and mine. All guides, ancestors, and loved ones that are for your highest good and here to support your current journey. I also call in mine to help hold the container for me, and keep it at a high accelerated frequency.  

• Then I tap in and start communicating with spirit! I will write down everything I see, hear, feel, sense, know- even if it makes no sense to me. I must trust spirit, and that it will at some point make sense for you.  

• Once I feel I have written down everything I am getting from your spirit squad, I may choose to pull cards, or tap into what correspondence will support you. I then call in your highest self and ask to be shown what you most need to support you right now. What physical ailments may be bugging you, what chakras are blocked, where you are storing emotion, trauma, or fear. 

• I smudge the room one more time, turn the music down super low, get on our call and let the magic happen!  

I absolutely love connecting with my clients in such a sacred and intentional container.
I really enjoy putting in the effort and energy into a session, so that you energetically know and feel how special you are, and how important the session is to me as well!
