- Shadow work is not for the faint of heart, it can get uncomfortable as you are walking through it. I am ready to walk with you, holding a flashlight for you. What happens when you do your shadow work?
Shadow Work is very much intention and mindset work.
By becoming aware of my shadows, clearing them, changing my mindset, and setting new intentions....
I went from:
Allowing my past traumas to determine my experiences which left me feeling stuck in my circumstances, and believe nothing was every going to change. Struggling to pay the bills, using every grace period, every cash advance option available, and every cost cutting measure I could think of. Going over my budget OBSESSIVELY again, and again, and again. Day in and day out.
Feeling like I wasn't good enough for anything or anyone. Being laced with anxieties and depression.Feeling like I was drowning and in way over my head.Having a volatile relationship I was completely losing myself in.
To:
Manifesting a wonderful relationship with someone who pretty much is everything I always used to dream of having in a partner. Buying a home. Buying a new car on my own for the first time without a spouse as a co-signer. The opportunity to leave a job I hated and not have to take another one unless it was on my terms. Manifested said new job that is on my terms. Bought a second home. The ability to travel several times a year. Losing weight for the purpose of manifesting more vitality and creating a healthier relationship with my body. Cultivating self-love and no longer "mean-girling" the shit out of myself.
I didn't work any harder than I was working before to obtain these things. In fact I work much less than I ever did before! And now I get to do things I love, and on my terms!
I have always worked hard, worked extra, worked overtime.
I have always had more than one job or side hustle, (even when those jobs and side hustle's barely paid the bills, I still worked just as much if not more than I do now).
But I was still broke and broken AF before my Shadow Work.
I didn't complete a big career changing degree that changed my money situation.
What changed was my mindset, my energy, and what I allowed in as possibility.
I released the old binds that held me in place, repeating the same loops and experiences over and over and over.
THAT is where we will REALLY start to see the change.
Hi! My name is Jenn.
After my own experience with lack, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, I knew something had to change if I wanted a different experience in life.
I started on a healing journey that led me to the life-changing process of Shadow Work.
It was so life changing that I became a shadow work practitioner and have been teaching Shadow, Empowerment, Manifesting, Mindset, and Intuitive work with amazing students ever since.
